Over the course of this powerful program, participants develop essential leadership skills including strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, effective communication, and network with leaders across various industries. You'll learn how to lead with confidence, navigate complexity, and inspire others, whether in your organization or across the broader community. Backed by over 40 years of proven success, Leadership Waukesha County equips emerging and established leaders alike with the mindset and tools to make a lasting impact.

This program is held on Wednesdays from 2:00 - 4:00 PM for approximately 10 sessions.

Pricing

Early Bird Registration (before 1/9/26):  $1,950

Regular Registration (after 1/9/26):  $2,100
