Leadership Waukesha County | Spring 2027 Cohort

Over the course of this powerful program, participants develop essential leadership skills including strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, effective communication, and are able to network with leaders across various industries. You'll learn how to lead with confidence, navigate complexity, and inspire others, whether in your organization or across the broader community. Backed by over 40 years of proven success, Leadership Waukesha County equips emerging and established leaders alike with the mindset and tools to make a lasting impact.

Spring Dates and Times: 

  1. Wednesday, March 3, Orientation Day | 12 - 4 p.m. (Lunch Provided)
  2. Wednesday, March 10 | 2 - 4 p.m.  
  3. Wednesday, March 24 | 2 - 4 p.m.  
  4. Wednesday, March 31 | 2 - 4 p.m.  
  5. Wednesday, April 14 | 2 - 4 p.m.  
  6. Wednesday, April 21 | 2 - 4 p.m.  
  7. Wednesday, May 5 | 2 - 4 p.m.  
  8. Wednesday, May 12 | 2 - 4 p.m. 
  9. Wednesday, May 26 | 2 - 4 p.m.
  10. Wednesday, June 2, Presentation Day | 1 - 4 p.m.

Time

This program is typically held on Wednesdays from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. for 10 sessions with a cadence of 2 weeks on and 1 week off. 

Pricing

Early Bird Registration: $2,000 (Available through January 6, 2027)

Individual Registration: $2,200 (January 7 - February 3, 2027)

A limited number of partial scholarships are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for candidates representing nonprofit organizations.
