Kathryn Poehling Seymour, President & CEO, First Supply

As a member of the founding family of First Supply, Kathryn has proudly succeeded her father and brings a deep, firsthand understanding of the business. Her career journey spans working in First Supply’s kitchen, bath, and lighting showrooms to serving as chief operating officer of the kitchen and bath division - experience that shaped her leadership approach and appreciation for every level of an organization. Kathryn will share insights from her professional journey, lessons learned leading a family-owned, Midwest-based company, and her perspective on navigating growth, culture, and change in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
